+ 0 moreEverything went on schedule, and since we had to be out of the house the entire time (all of first floor was off-limits), we were able to plan our stay elsewhere. No surprises. The floors look fantastic and show off our rugs very well. Brad and crew member were here each day early and cleaned the premises before they left.
Description of Work: We could not be more satisfied! Rich Hardwood Floors sanded (not screened), re-stained and applied three coats of oil polyurethane to nearly 1000 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring in our house's downstairs, including a large kitchen and dining area, family room, a half bathroom, a TV room, hallway, and foyer. They also removed a carpet and installed new hardwood flooring in our 432 sq. ft. living room. Brad installed a red Oak border that matched the borders on the older floors. The work was completed in less than two weeks. Brad Rich and his crew showed up each day on schedule, performed the work in a most professional manner, and cleaned up the premises before they left. The cost for the entire job was reasonable and we were given a senior discount. We highly recommend Rich Hardwood floors for the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their reasonable prices.
