This was the third company we contacted after having no follow through with the first two. I explained to Ramiro of Northbay Technology what our problem was. He had a technician here in a few days, he fixed the problem as well as giving us useful feedback on our system. Our streaming and dvd system work after not having it for almost 3 months! Ramiro also called afterwards to make sure everything was still working. What a treat to find a quality company that does what they say they’ll do and also offer great customer service.
