I have called about 5-6 times. I did leave a message and I do not recall them calling back.

Contacted Two Brothers, among others, to put a new roof on my house and install new gutters and downspouts. Ken Broom responded immediately and came out and inspected our house and talked with us about what we wanted done and what type of materials we wanted to use. Ken was very helpful and informative in the selection process and gave us a list of homes that Two Brothers had worked on in the area. He also provided samples of shingles and color samples for the gutters. We had endless questions which he answered very patiently, a trait he maintained throughout the entire job. He gave us a very complete written estimate which was $2K less than the highest estimate that we had received. But price aside, it was the confidence in Ken that was the deciding factor with us. As a matter of fact, in the end we opted for a higher priced shingle that added $800 to the job because we thought it added a more interesting look to the house. Work started right on time, and the Two Brothers crew were great to have around. They were polite, friendly, and worked very, very hard. At the end of each day they cleaned up completely. One example of their good work was on the second day when Terry determined that one of the existing roof vent pipes in the plumbing system was not located correctly (our house is very old and has a few cobbled-together features), so he went to a great deal of trouble and took the time to relocate it with new pipe and materials - no charge! This is the type of work that really inspires your confidence since I would not have known the difference had he left it as he found it. No job of this magnitude goes completely to your liking if you are as picky as we are, and when everything was completed we took issue with the way one of the gutters was hung and the way a small piece of existing trim looked after the roof was installed. Not mistakes, mind you, but just a couple of things that we wanted different. Ken listened to us, took a look, and the next day the crew returned and made everything the way we wanted, even though it involved a bit of work. And this was after they had been paid in full. We were very pleased. Two Brothers is just the best. I've had major work done on our house on a few occasions in the past, but I've never had a better experience than this one. They are as cooperative, helpful, and friendly as good neighbors, but with the skills of the best professionals.

We called this company for an estimate and left a message as no one was available at the time of the call. They did return our call at the end of the day however. We were told that the way they worked was if they were in our area, they would send someone to come by and take measurements, etc. in order to prepare an estimate. We did not need to be home and that they would email the estimate to us. We never did receive an estimate and can only assume that they never came by or didn't want the business.

They were very reliable and explained everything. They completed the job on time. I was satisfied. I had a little problem later and they came out and looked at it. They were a reputable company with integrity.

Excellent. The estimate was not the most expensive by a long shot. In fact, there were roofers who wanted to do much more - to replace the sheeting (?). He carefully inspeced the redrood slats and declared them all in good shape, which greatly reduced the time on the job. Additionally, he found a structural problem that he correcte for a VERY reasonable price...I recommend these guys. Highly. On time and thorough. They finish everything to the last nail being picked up from off of your lawn.

I spoke with Ken on the phone. He got to my house the next day to check the roof. He assessed my roof and said beyond the minor issues that my roof was in real good shape and should last a long time. He made the appointment to do the repairs, showed up on time, and was done on the same day. The workers were nice, polite, and professional. A very good experience.

Very good...like the fact that they come out right away to do an estimate and then quickly do repairs and don't try to sell you something you don't need.

Keith called us on Monday after I called him to say we had a roof leak and needed someone to come out as soon as possible. That was on Sunday afternoon and on Monday morning he called to say he could have someone out the next day. The representative showed up right on time, got up on the roof to fix the problem area and found another small problem along the way which, he fixed as well. While he was on the roof he gave feedback on it's condition overall as well, saying that it was in good shape.

They were very prompt, finished the job in 4 days (one for removal, three for new installation). They worked with me to solve a skylight problem, and moved one skylight we replaced to the garage roof, letting in light there and saving the skylight from the landfill (and they didn't raise the price on us when we added that change). Ken was prompt in calling me back from the original request for a quote throughout the processs (something not to be taken for granted these days). He was also very thorough in his explanations of options for various shingle types, listened to our concerns, and always gave good answers and options. I highly recommend Two Brothers Roofing to anyone.

A very good company, always on time, they work quickly and keep the work area clean. In discussing our roof problem, they were able to identify the problem quickly and accurately. The solution to the problem was much more simple and cost effective than other options we have been given. Highly recommended.

Very excellent! I felt the job was done quite well. Being late was never an issue with them, they were always on time and came right in and did the job correctly. I have had no problems and I would highly recommend them to do work for anyone. To me they seem to know what they are doing and are very good at what they do.
