THE WINDOW BROKER

What a nightmare in dealing with this company, The Window Broker, since I had purchased and had all of the windows installed. Their service is horrible. Their customer service and the president of the company are a bunch of idiots. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. When they do decide to come and do the repairs, they are either late with the appointment in arriving to your house, or they don't bring the right tools along to do the work. I had to supply my own tools when one of their service tech's recently came to fix and adjust most of the windows I had installed.

THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. THE WINDOWS LOOK TERRIFIC. IT WAS A GREAT IMPROVEMENT TO THE HOUSE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE. THERE WAS ONE WINDOW THAT WASN'T RIGHT, AND THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT WEEK AND REPLACED IT. THEY GIVE YOU A LIFETIME GUARANTEE.

THE WINDOW BROKERS WERE SO GOOD. WE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY SHOWED US MANY SAMPLES AND ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS BEFORE RECOMMENDING WHAT WOULD FIT OUR LIFESTYLE THE BEST. THE WINDOWS WERE ALL REPLACED IN ONE DAY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CLEAN UP FOR THE JOB. THESE WINDOWS ARE GREAT AND HAVE MADE THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IN THE COMFORT OF OUR HOME. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.

PRICE INCLUDED SIX DOUBLE PANE WINDOWS AND INSTALLATION. IT'S VERY REASONABLE PRICE WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR ALL PARTS AND LABOR. THE SERVICE WAS COURTEOUS AND THEY WERE PUNCTUAL.

EXCELLENT. THERE WAS A TIME ISSUE BUT THEY CAME AS PROMISED AND TO GET THE JOB DONE ON TIME THEY HAD 2 CREWS TO FINISH. THEY CLEANED UP AND CLEANED ALL NEW WINDOWS.

THEY WERE MUCH CHEAPER THAN MOST PLACES. THEIR WINDOWS WERE STRONGER AND BETTER. THEY WERE A TOP-OF-THE LINE WINDOW COMPANY. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

INSTALLER'S WORK QUALITY VARIES, SOME ARE INEXPERIENCED. COMPANY PHONE SERVICE VERY POOR, ALWAYS GET ANSWERING MACHINE. INSTALLATION WAS BEHIND SCHEDULE BY ONE MONTH. COMPANY EFFICIENCY NOT HIGH. MIGHT HIRE AGAIN, NOT DEFINITE.
