 + 4 moreHe did a very excellent job and is a licensed contractor. He has a reputation for being very picky about his work and was very good. I asked him to keep me informed on what he was planning to do, and he did it about a third of the time. He completed the work in a timely manner, and the bathrooms look beautiful. It s the best looking place in the house.
Description of Work: He gutted the guest and master bathrooms that are side by side, from the sub floor to the ceiling. He straightened this weird wall that separated the two and rebuilt the entire bathrooms. He replaced the bathtub, with a cast iron one, in the guest bathroom. He replaced toilets, vanities and sinks, with a set of light fixtures in each. He installed a shower pan and shower walls in the master bathroom, re-plumbed to fit the new orientation on both rooms, painted, laid down 35 square feet of ceramic tile in guest bathroom and 20 square feet in the master bathroom. He installed an overhead exhaust fan and light in each bathroom too and the work took 6 weeks.
