Shine Painting Company

Thumbs up for Shine painting! I found the company on Yelp and email them. Simon responded quickly with a list of questions. After I answered, he gave me a highly competitive estimate. Then he came to my house to see it. He recommended a higher grade of paint for the wood siding than that for the stucco siding so that the paints on both will last equally long. Wow! That made perfect sense! None of the painting companies I talked to recommended the same. Also, all my other quests said painting 2 coats. Simon said his team would paint as many/few as it took to mask the former color. It made perfect sense again!! My final quote was higher than the initial estimate (given before he saw my house) due to the paint upgrade, but it is still a good price because Shine painting is licensed and fully insured. The price included painting the entire house exterior. When other pointers nickel and dime me for painting the garage, front and side doors, Simon simply said it took his team more time to cover the doors (for not painting them ) than just paint them. Simon is an honest person! I was scheduled for 4 weeks later (I didn't mind as long as it was before the rainy season). I really like how my house looks after Simon's team finished their work. His team is good and everyone was very courteous and friendly, especially Raul. They even painted my mailbox which I didn't expect! We are very happy with the Shine Painting company. Highly recommend their service! By the way, Simon gave me a list of 2 dozens references to call when he gave me the quote. I talked to 5 of them who were home owners, apartment building managers and realtors.

This review has been long due. Right from reaching out to Simon and getting both interior and exterior painting done, the entire process was extremely smooth. Simon was always responsive and helped get the painting work done in a reasonable amount time and at a competitive price. Simon, Dorian and the crew did an amazing job and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. They did a phenomenal job and a few of my friends complemented on the painting work done on our home. Highly recommend Simon and crew for anyone looking for professional painting.

Simon returned our call promptly, was able to give us a very competitive estimate for an exterior paint job, and scheduled the work within a month of receiving our deposit. The work took three days to complete. First day was a power wash, patching and prepping the house for painting on day two. Third day was trim work and doors. The painting crew was very polite and didn’t seem to mind our kids waving at them through the windows. The house looked brand new when the work was completed and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They also left us the remaining paint in case we needed it later. We just had our home painted by Simon's crew. They did an awesome job on our exterior which included a separate enclosed Gazebo. We wanted a change in color and trim and they did a very thorough job, Pressure washed, filled cracks and holes, hammered in louse nails, primed and painted and cleaned up. The house looks like brand new since it had not been painted in 20 years. All appointments were on time and emails and calls were answered quickly. Finished a little ahead of schedule which was great.
