RONSON SHOWER GLASS ABD MIRROR INC

You wrote a review for Ronson Shower Glass & Mirror 15 minutes ago 5/28/2017 I am still not happy with the shower door this company made for us. In Oct/Nov 2016 our contractor recommended them to us, so we went with it. Problems back and forth. Finally Kevin sent someone back to investigate the inch gap between the glass door and the wall.. The guy that originally came out to measure, came out again. and said that the wall was crooked. I just kinda looked at him, not getting what he was saying. The wall looks fine to me. Then he put his level on the wall, the level looked straight to me. He insisted the wall was crooked. Our old shower door fit fine, so why not now? I can stick my entire finger through the gap and although we don't use that shower, because its the guest bathroom, every time I go into the bathroom for something, I look at that **** gap and it ****** me off to no end. As far as I am concerned they passed it off as our fault. They just didn't want to remake the door as we originally requested. So we have a crooked shower door. Would I recommend these people? **** NO!!

I was referred to Ronson glass by another vendor who told me that I was out of their service area. Ronson price-matched the first vendor on a higher-end, custom sized sliding glass shower door. I dealt with the owner, Kevin; he was very professional. The install crew coordinated directly with my contractor which was convenient. We're very pleased with the shower doors.

After calling Kevin three times about the streaks on the shower door, he assured us he would be out to inspect it soon. That was in August. Still waiting.

This was a very smooth process. They scheduled a time to come out to measure, showed up on time and gave me a quote before they left. When I called to schedule installation, we set up a time and date, and they even called back the day before to confirm. They did show up about an hour late, but there seemed to be some confusion as to the exact time they were expected. The man who came to install was very nice and professional and took his time to do a thorough job. I was pleased with this company!

KEITH IS A VERY NICE PERSON. HE DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB INSTALLING THE DOORS. AND WENT OVER WITH US HOW TO PROPERLY CARE FOR THE DOORS. I ENJOYED WORKING WITH THEM.
