All in all, it turned out fine..., from estimate to start of work...project was delayed due no fault of RCR. General House Keeping (Picking up of work, at days end)...was acceptable, but could have been better. We are left to pick up the finishing work, to paint all flashings, edge trim, and raw wood!
Description of Work: Removed old #1 Shake roof (25 years old)...recycle required by City of Orinda ...Owner (me) ran, paid for, and secured Permits from 2 different City Authorities...RCR did not provide any assistance...nor expertise in this area! When Permit in hand, RCR demolished existing roof, informed 60% additional Plywood required, plus extra Dry Roy repairs of $2,000. 25 year Composite Tile New R installed and Approved by City, as Permitted! All Sheet-Metal work, as required and Edge Trim, were left Un-painted...as were the Replacement Raw Pine T&G due Dry Rot.

Description of Work: It took two days to pull off and put on a new roof. We have a one story home.It was a basic roof I had no gutters or extras. However, the roof looks great and I hope when the rains starts that there won't be any problems. All the employees beginning with Blanca, who is the office admin.. were very nice and friendly.
