 + -1 moreMostly okay, but some items were left behind and I had to leave them, and there was damage to some of the items transported. There was a lot to transport, and I think a larger truck was probably needed. The company did accommodate my need to change the move date on short notice, which I appreciated. Shelly was helpful, and on the move out side, Martine's team were very competent.

 + 0 moreWe paid $7000 for an entire house. They were pretty prompt and efficient but they did do some damage getting some of the pieces into our rental property and there were some damaged items that just happened in transit that we went to settle with them after that. Their estimates were right on. They did not waver from any of those prices so they were true to that but the issue is that the people who loaded from one area were not the same people who unloaded in a different area so they were hiring outside help to unload. They used third-party hired hands which was a little bit sketchy.
Description of Work: We used Prodigy Moving when we moved back in May of last year.

Description of Work: It is my pleasure to write a review for Prodigy Moving and Storage. I am so pleased with their distant service (from LA to SF) that I used them again without 2nd thought for my local move within the South Bay area. Here are a few areas that they are absolutely outstanding, the list below is not necessary a ranking. 1. administrator, Abby, she is very responsive and efficient. without her effort to provide info to me timely, this major move would not have been completed in time. 2. crew for distant move. The team of 3 are very professional and efficient. It is such a team that you would want to have when packing for your household goods that need to be transported for long distance. 3. i contracted them again for my local move. Again, a team of 3 showed up and finished all the work timely. They were careful and efficient. I strongly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for professional movers.

 + -1 moreI decided to use this company for the price and the response to my numerous inquires. Five movers arrived on 1/17/12, wrapped all soft furniture and mattresses, and loaded the truck within 2 hours. I called the office the next day to set up the delivery, my furniture was already in southern Ca and ready to be delivered on 1/20/12. On 1/20/12 movers arrived at 8am and unwrapped and placed furniture and boxes within two hours. Excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone with fears of using a moving company, they were extremely patient with me.
Description of Work: The company perfomed a1 bedroom apartment move from Alameda, Ca to southern Ca, approximately 3800 lbs.

 + -1 moreIt went great, they were very professional and very careful with our stuff. We were extremely happy with their service. I would strongly recommend this company for your move.
Description of Work: Prodigy helped us move from the San Gabriel Valley to West LA. We have a large two bedroom house with lots of stuff. We packed most of the items before they got to our place, but they very quickly and very carefully packaged the remaining items, loaded them in the truck and unloaded them at our new location.
