PRECISION DOOR SERVICE

James W was my installer. He called before our appointment time and arrived at the time he said. James explained all my options and did a safety check before he started. He went right to work. His work was efficient, thorough, clean, and very personal. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again.

Called Precision Door service on a Saturday noon, and the service person was at my door at 6pm. James, the service person, was the most informed at the job, and gave me a clear picture of the problem. He clearly laid out the various repair options at hand, the mid-term and the long-term picture. He replaced the problematic part and got the garage door opening and closing within 30 min. Was a very friendly, easy person to work with.

James W was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the original installation (not done by Precision) that was causing all of the issues. He fixed it quickly at a very reasonable price and left the area spotless. Would definitely call again.

The work was excellent. The only thing they forgot was the keypad but that is being rescheduled this week.

Precision Garage Door responded immediately and James showed up on time, assessed the problem, made repairs and adjustments. He was honest and determined that our old springs did not need to be replaced, saving us a couple hundred dollars. Our garage door works better now than it has in years!

James came on time and quickly done within 45minutes. Also apply some lubricant. Now garage door is quieter than before. Also, I found a flat tire, James changed to a temporary tire without charges. Thank you, James!

Chewy inspected the door, knew just what was wrong, perfectly explained what was needed to repair it, then efficiently fixed the problem. He then tightened nuts and bolts, lubricated the rails and wheels, and got the door working in top top shape. He was friendly and pleasant, and a complete pleasure to work with. It just doesn't get better than this -- awesome service! I am going to recommend him and Precision Garage Door to all my friends and neighbors.

This rating is for services received on Dec. 27, 2017. I chose Precision after searching for several garage door service options. We needed service on our garage door after one of the coil springs broke. Precision’s customer service focus on their website helped them stand out from their competitors, so I called them. Not only did I get a live person (after a brief navigation through their pleasant, automated phone system) on my first call, I also received a same day appointment. This was despite my 4pm call time. Wow, impressive. James was our service technician/installer; he was friendly, professional, and did a terrific job. With two toddlers at home, safety is important so we decided to have several items replaced that were old and worn. It was well worth it as the replacement parts now have our garage door operatingly smoothly and efficiently. We highly recommend Precision. They provide great and timely customer service. A.R.

Went very well. An all around great person (James Walker). Lots of energy and very helpful. Not pushy and got the job done. I wish more people could be like him. Very good experience overall.

Despite the late visit (time window is from 3 - 7 pm), Serviceman James WaLKer called 5 min. before 7 pm to advice us that he is still coming but still tied up with another customer. Arrived around 8:15 pm, assesed the damage or repair to be done : presented the option to us including advice where we can save. Forthright and to the point. We decided to replace the door opener so replaced it with stock on hand. Finished the job by 9:30 pm, missed my Warriors game ( we lost anyway!) So despite being late, his professionalism compensated for everything. He can be recommended based on his overall job and friendliness despite the fact that it is a Friday evening and being late.

I was very impressed with the technician Mr. James Walker. He arrived at the agreed upon time and expanded the scope of the job and the options available to me. He was efficient, knowledge and fast. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone and everyone.

I was very impressed with my first contact over the phone. From there it just kept getting better. I got an appt. the next day and when Cory showed up he helped us pick out the door, gave us a price and came back the next day to install it. Precision turn a bad day into a wonderful experience. As a retired carpenter I would highly recommend Precision for your next garage door.

James W. let me know what was needed and after agreeing to the service, he completed the service in timely matter with no surprise on end cost. Very professional and likable gentleman. Will be requesting him for all future repairs.

Appointment given for within hours of my call. James Walker arrived on time, quickly found the problem and replaced the motor in an hour along with a new wall switch and a safety device

He was very polite when helping me fix the springs to the garage doors. I called him earlier that day, and he came on the same day in the evening. I appreciate how quickly he worked.

Moises did the job for us. Moises did an exceptional professional job. Moises explained the entire process and asked me if I had any questions. I had some concerns about the insulation and Moises told me he was aware of my concern and he would make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. We are very pleased with the door. So much nicer than we had before. Workmanship seems excellent and the area was left very clean after the job was done. Also completed in the time promised.

James W. came out to help us. It was great we could arrange to have him come out the same day. 2-3 other companies I called weren't able to provide same day service. What was great about James was that he called well in advance of his arrival and arrived when he said he would. He was well prepared and had both the expertise and all the parts necessary to fix our garage door in about 2 hours. He was professional and explained all the costs up front enabling us to make an informed choice about our options. The final total was a bit pricey, but worth it ot have a quality fix on something we rely on every day. At the end of the day, I know who to call if we ever have issues again.
