Description of Work: Installed garage door opener and new rollers for door. The technician was polite and on time. He completed the job quickly. My only complaint is that there was a miscommunication between the office and the technician. I had specifically requested a battery back-up (which was an additional $75) when I called to schedule the appointment. The office did not pass this information on, and the technician didn't have one in his truck. He had to return the next day to install the back-up.

Description of Work: I purchased a Spring replacement for a garage door. The company contacted me within a day to schedule a service call. Unfortunately because my garage door hardware is old, they were not able to replace the spring. They did give me an estimate for replacing the garage doors completely.
