Oswald was amazing. He came out for a free quote and gave us multiple options, including the option we chose that allowed us to put all of our irrigation on the well water. He saved us an incredible amount of money down the road, and was done in a few short hours.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and he showed up at 6:40 Am (for scheduled 7am - his suggested time). Rather than just replacing the one broken valve he replaced all antiquted valves and replaced sprinkler heads. He was done by 9:30 am and everything was tested and worked. I had him change one of the sprinkler heads because I didn't want the water hitting my car. Immediately done. He also mentioned other work that he felt I should do but I didn't opt to do it.

We had an unexpected leak in the middle of our yard which was a significant leak. We called several companies, but Oswald was immediately available which was very helpful since PG&E turned off the water to the house. He came back the next morning early and fixed the water main which also required welding. Oswald was timely, professional, and personable. He is absolutely top on my list! Thank you

Oswald came out to the Job site on Sunday, we discussed what work needed to be completed i.e. remove and replace sprinkler system valves, remove and replace galvanize pipes, and fix broken pipe that was located underground. We agreed to a price and Oswald completed the work when he said he would to my satisfaction and the price he agreed to.

While they did try to up-sell me, they completed the work on the spot and the pricing was comparable to a different company. Also, they moved a trellis designed to hide plumbing but did not make the effort not put it back exactly as it had been, which I did not appreciate as the customer.
