Excellent, right from the start. I purchased this service as a "big deal". Mario emailed me within a day or two to set up the appointment. He called the morning of the appointment as a friendly reminder, and to say he would be 5 or 10 minutes late. In reality, he was spot on time. Mario was polite, friendly, and above all professional. It took him just under two hours. The granite looks fantastic. He cleaned up after himself, so I didn't have to do that. He made recommendations for ongoing care, and told me what I was already doing right. I've already recommended MB Marble to friends. I will definitely hire him again.

I highly recommend this company. The gentleman doing the work was polite and professional. He worked hard and was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to enhance the black absolute countertops. They look awesome, better than I could have expected. I plan on using the company again to polish our marble bathroom shower and floor.

Arrived on time. Did careful prep work to prevent dust, etc, from getting on surrounding surfaces unnecessarily. Cut out eroded marble tiles, applied mortar. Cleaned and polished marble through our bathroom. We are still waiting for the two replaced tiles to lighten up, as it takes awhile for the mortar underneath to dry, but we expect they will look like new soon. An excellent job overall.

He was flexible in setting the date and later the time to do the work. He came early and we were unable to accommodate him so we agreed to a start time an hour later to our mutual benefit. He was very pleasant to work with and we were pleased with the work done, the price, and time taken to do the work. The counter looked beautiful when he was done.

Mario was super professional on the phone and a pleasure to work with, he sent Thomas over a few days earlier than scheduled (after Mario called to see if we were home and available, and we were). Thomas arrived on time, looked over our counters, did one counter top, then called us over to see the difference. Thomas was very professional, answered all of our questions and worked quickly. We are VERY happy with the results.

As soon as I purchased this deal, Mario emailed me and set up an appointment to come reseal my countertop. He arrived a few minutes late, but called to let me know he was stuck in traffic. He did a beautiful job on my counters, was friendly and very professional. I will definitely hire him again when my counters need resealing.

He explained what he was going to due and gave me tips on how to maintain my countertops myself. Very professional. I will have him back to do other work at a later time. I highly recommend.

He did a great job resurfacing the table. It wasn't exactly what the coupon was for, but he did the work I asked as an equivalent use of time. I would hire this company again if I needed stone polished or sealed. Nice guy too!

Mario was very responsive and professional. We got several emails plus a reminder call the day of the service. He was right on time with the appointment. We have used him before to restore a marble fireplace that had been badly stained for years. He did an excellent job and it looks like new. So, when we saw he was offering a big deal, we jumped on it. Our granite gets a lot of wear and tear as we love to cook. Mario cleaned, buffed and repolished the granite. It looks great.

Mario is very personable and up front about what he can do. He is also very accommodating with my scheduling needs. He is conscientiousness about what he is able to do and the crack in my granite was out of the scope of work he can perform. I really appreciate his honesty with what he can do and I would highly recommend him for sealing or polishing issues. Unfortunately, my problem was a little out of the scope of what he can do.

They had scheduling problems due to a previous job but they did an excellent job of keeping me advised. They arrived on time, did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time. The counters were in good condition with the exception of some water stains around two faucets. They got much of the stain removed. The counters looked clean and shiny when they finished. The tech was courteous and professional in his approach.

After playing phone tag for a week or so we finally connected and I got a great deal. Courtesy and professionalism were much appreciated.

In a short time, the technician brought the shine back. Still looks great.

He did a great job! He was running late by 30 minutes due to traffic but called me and let me know. He was professional, neat, and did an excellent job. The countertops look new! And he instructed me on how to keep them looking that way. Turns out I was using a cleaner (409) which strips the sealer away.

Mario called us as soon as we paid for his services. He was extremely proactive about scheduling and calling to confirm ahead of time on the day of service and he arrived on time. He estimated the job would take more time than it did because he was not aware of the good condition of our granite. He was extremely personable and we were very pleased with the work that he did and the speed with which he performed it.
