He showed up on time and very friendly and did his work efficiently taking care to not damage my existing surfaces. Very happy with the service he provided. I will use him next year when I need again.

Mario and his crew did a great job on my marble floors. There are eight different marble tile floors of different size and dimensions in my home and Mario and his crew did a great job of cleaning, resurfacing, and polishing all of the different area's. My floors all look better now than they did when they were new. My floors are 20 years old and after Mario and his crew got finished they look as good as new or even better. I would highly recommend Mario of MB Marble for restoring marble tile floors.

We could not be happier. Mario and his guys, Tomas and Daniel did a beautiful job. Mario was prompt in every communication and came right out to give us a bid, which was more than fair. The floor in our master bath is a combination of honed Carrera marble and limestone, but from the time of installation there have been problems with the limestone. Mario and his crew, thank you Tomas, made the limestone look so much better. We couldn't be happier and this is saying a lot because we had been very unhappy with the look of the floor until MB Marble Resurfacing worked on it. They are true craftsmen. In addition, they are extremely courteous and prompt. For example, when the guys got stuck in traffic, they called immediately to tell me they would be late. That turned out to be only 5 minutes. But I appreciate their professionalism and thoughtfulness. We will most definitely be using MB Marble Resurfacing again, and we heartily recommend their services. They will not disappoint.

Mario Barrientos performed the work in 2 different residences. He was responsive and communicative via email and phone. He was prompt for both appointments and devoted an appropriate amount of time to each job. The black granite countertops had become dull over a period of a few years but were restored to their initial shiny appearance. The marble kitchen and bathrooms floors looked beautiful following the service. The grout was clean and the floor just sparkled. An area of discoloration in the bathroom caused by rust was addressed and remediated, which was a tremendous relief. Mario was obviously expert in the cleaning, care, and restoration of natural stone. He was professional, affable, and respectful of my home. I would recommend him highly.

It was a good service. He was a nice guy and he was on time. He did an excellent job and he was great.

Mario arrived and promptly went to work. Marble bar counter had various water spots and stains. Mario removed them and advised that marble is highly susceptible to staining and needed to be cleaned immediately or it would stain again. He also explained that polishing and sealing alone does not prevent this from occurring. He was very courteous. Not only would I recommend his company, I would certainly use him again.

It went well. The schedule was easy. He came out and did the work as stated. The quality was a little less than expected. The work wasn’t poor but it wasn’t stellar either.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. Actually, he told me ahead of time that he would not be able to polish the marble quite as good as I wanted it. In the end, it still looked the same but I know he did a good job. It too about a week after I purchased the Big Deal for him to come out. He seemed professional and at least he told me ahead of time that what he was gone to do would not fixed what I hope it would do in terms of polishing the marble. Basically it was going to be a lot more work to get the marble polished to where I wanted it to be. We were in constant email communication during the week before we had our appointment so that part was pretty good.

I emailed Mario regarding having work done on my granite, and he responded by email the same day. He did an estimate shortly after (I think it was within the next two days) and then we scheduled my appointment. Mario was really great--he did a beautiful job. He is friendly and professional. I will definitely use him again, and I recommend him highly to everyone!

I called him to get an estimated for the above work. He came out the same day. His estimate was a little bit less then other two quote I have received. I am still interested in getting the work done from him but have to work out the logistics with timing and all.

It was great service. Our granite counters had deep oil stains that we didn't take care of. Mario told us he didn't think he could get all of the stains out but he definitely made the counters look a lot better. He gave us good advise on maintenance of the granite. He was great at follow up calls/emails and punctual. I would recommend his services to other and will definitely use his services again.

The man that I spoke with is always very accommodating on the phone. It was hard since I was in and out of town a lot. The workers were there for about ten minutes, and got everything done. They left product there for me to use for cleaning, but I am still not exactly sure how it should be used it looks pretty much the same.

I was pleased with the finished product. The company's professionalism was excellent and the owner communicated clearly to me. The owner did not do the work, but the employee that did come out lived up to the expectations set by the owner. They educated me in the process of the work, and did not try to up sell me. I will use them again and I would recommend them to others.

There was a small challenge contacting each other via phone and finding a mutually acceptable date. It worked best when we out email each other. We are very happy with his work. He advised us on proper maintenance and the proper materials to use. We used an Angie's List deal.
