+ -1 moreThe flush lever on our wall-mounted toilet no longer worked. Luis replaced the valve and figured out why it didn't work. In the process he discovered that a second toilet was cracked (that's why it leaked), removed it from the wall, carried it out to the driveway, and advised us about getting a replacement. We've had trouble with these toilets in the past, and have had some very negative experiences with other plumbers. Luis worked until he'd figured out the problem and phoned a couple of times later to verify that everything was still working OK. We'll certainly have him back to install the new toilet after we've decided what we want.
Description of Work: Replaced a flush valve on a wall-mounted toilet. Removed a second toilet from the wall and carried it downstairs.
