We needed to remove a 40-50' tree and JMV did a great job. They were able to give us an estimate in a timely manner - come back and remove the large/tall tree and grind the stump and exposed roots - all in one day. I received a few quotes from companies with really good ratings, andJMV was the most economical for us. We knew it would be costly to have the tree removed - but JMV was the best price. It's hard to justify spending a lot of money to remove a tree - JMV made it the least painful to our pocketbook.

Forgive the long review in advance. JMV Tree Service not only did a remarkable job on my property, I could not have been happier. Believe the other reviews, as this company is one to call on for tree maintenance services. I had a large pear tree in my back yard, and two fairly tall cherry plums in a narrow area in my side yard. Juan came over the morning after I contacted him to assess my needs. He was courteous, thorough with his assessment, and I had a quote from him the same day, including different options depending on what I finally decided on. His prices were very reasonable, so I reviewed them on Yelp and HomeAdvisor, and could not believe how well praised the company is. The crew showed up on time, and the whole job took just over 4 hours, including stump grinding on all trees. Aside from the missing trees and leftover mulch from the stump grind (great for ground cover and gardens), my yard looked untouched. I had several other plants and trees close to the work area and they were meticulous in keeping all my other plants protected. My satisfaction was their number one goal. They brought a crew of five and everyone was always busy doing something, all in harmony so there was no wasted time, or long drawn out process with a smaller crew. It was a pleasure to watch them. They had about a 1/4 inch space to get the stump grinder through my gate and they navigated it with ease, even though there was a grapefruit tree just inside so they could not just go straight in. I could continue for several paragraphs, but running out of words in this review. Just know that if you choose JMV, you won't be disappointed. I will trust all my future tree maintenance to them. Thanks Juan, Jonathan and crew. My views and sunshine opened up beautifully and I can't wait to design my new back and side yards around this added space.

Prompt response for estimate on tree removal. Workers arrived on time with in days of the estimate. They removed tree plus cleaned up area afterwards. Very professional company and they are coming back to remove 2 other tree stumps. I highly recommend them to others .

The crew arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and removing the cut trees. They communicated well about the fence that could be affected and we made other arrangements to avoid the fence coming down. They were very professional and gave very good customer service all around!
