Showed up on time. It was a simple job of trimming a lemon tree and 3 juniper bushes. I would do it myself, but I am retired and lazy. I like being retired and I beginning to like being lazy.

Jose and his team cut privets that had grown into 30+ ft. trees down to 6 feet. They worked fast, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up impeccably. And all nice people.

Knew how to fix problem and gave suggestions for continued work by me.

I have had our enormous Chinese Elm tree trimmed many times, and never has the job been done as expertly as Jake's Landscaping and Tree Services. I was 99.9% certain I would hire Luis's company based on his visit to give me an estimate. Manny others have years of experience and great reviews. What sets Luis's company apart is how he treats his employees, his philosophy of investing in them and treating them well. Jose and his team did a beautiful job of trimming the tree and removing ivy and jasmine roots from the side of our house, and left the area devoid of any sign that work had been done. No errant branches or even twigs left behind. There was a friendly comraderie among them. The cost was very fair.

The work crew worked quickly and carefully to do exactly what we wanted and completed a huge amount of work in just 3.5 hours including a thorough cleanup of all of the debris. The quote was quick and very thorough along with a clear explanation of exactly what they would do that matched what we wanted.

Luis did a great job. The only issue I had with him was the time it took for him to get back to me with requested information. He almost lost the business because it took too long for him to get back to me with a proposal.

Luis was very prompt and his Team did a great job in removing 3 trees and a major trim job on our Oak Tree. They cleaned up very well when finished!

My project: pruning 3 Japanese maples and a purple-leaf plum tree, and trimming a large pittosporum hedge. The crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and did a thorough clean-up, with beautiful results. I'm particularly happy with the maples which were carefully pruned for aesthetic effect.
