+ -1 moreTHE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. NO ONE IN OUR HOUSEHOLD IS A COMPUTER EXPERT, BUT THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN'T MAKE US FEEL INADEQUATE OR STUPID DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS.
Description of Work: OUR NEWLY PURCHASED COMPUTER WAS HIT BY THE WORM VIRUS. A SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FROM INFINITY COMPUTERS CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO FIX OUR COMPUTER! WE WERE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AND WILL GO TO THEM AGAIN FOR ANY COMPUTER PROBLEMS.
