+ -1 morePAUL IS A LICENSED & BONDED TILE SETTER WITH GOOD REFERENCES. THAT WAS IMPORTANT TO ME WHEN I DECIDED WHO WOULD INSTALL MY FLOORS. HE WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND ON TIME (IN FACT, HE WAS DONE EARLIER THAN EXPECTED). HE ALSO CLEANED UP BEFORE LEAVING. I SUPPLIED THE TILES, BASEBOARDS, AND THRESHOLD ,AND HE SUPPLIED THE REMAINING MATERIALS AND LABOR. I UNDERSTAND THAT HE ALSO INSTALLS GRANITE, NATURAL STONES AND LAMINATE MATERIALS AND REMODELS BATHROOMS. THIS JOB ONLY INCLUDED INSTALLING A TILE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN, BUT SHOULD I HAVE OTHER JOBS WHICH HE HANDLES, I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL HIM UP AGAIN!
Description of Work: THEY CUT AND INSTALLED PORCELAIN TILE KITCHEN FLOOR WITH DECORATIVE TILE INLAY OVER A CONCRETE SLAB. KITCHEN FLOOR WAS AROUND 270 SQ FT. THE WORK INCLUDED PUTTING BACK EXISTING DOORS, THRESHOLDS, AND BASEBOARDS. HE ALSO TRANSITIONED THE CARPETS IN THE NEXT ROOM SO THAT IT WOULD LIE FLAT WITH THE TILES AT THE DOORWAY.
