job went well but behind schedule as there were unforeseen issues that had to be updated/repaired. in addition to the delays crews were not on site daily as they were also working on other jobs at the same time. staff was very pleasant and courteous yet there were a few who spoke very little English. Overall i would most likely hire them for further jobs.

We had a very complex structural reinforcement job that required extensive plans, multiple permits and inspections, work done in cramped crawlspace conditions, etc. Eli and his team did a stellar job on this challenging project, and we are very happy with the results. Great attention to detail, great flexibility when facing project challenges and change orders, and top notch communication throughout. We were so impressed by their work that we added an outdoor stair replacement and railing installation project while we had access to the team. Would highly recommend GMBC Construction.

We had a great experience with Eli and his team. After completing our job, we were thrilled. It is even more beautiful than I was imagining! Eli's team worked consistently, diligently and thoughtfully throughout the duration of the project. I had chosen a certain tile for my backsplash, but Alber, the project manager suggested that I go a different way and I took his advice. I am so glad that I did! It was so great to have helpful ideas from the team because I was really learning as I was going, and I was able to really trust everyone that worked on this project. Paco, who did most of the actual labor on the kitchen was committed to doing a high quality job and he was willing to do whatever it took to get it done in a timely fashion but with a great deal of care. He helped me choose the correct grout color for my tiles and troubleshoot little issues that arose along the way. Anytime I had a question or a concern, I was able to reach out to someone and get a pretty quick response. After the kitchen was done, there was one lingering issue that involved an outside tile company and Eli stayed in constant contact with me to help me make sure the issue was resolved. I think Eli is an exceptional contractor because of his integrity, fairness and consistent, respectful communication. It was a true pleasure working with him and everyone on his team. They are a group of honest, trustworthy people that are easy to work with and to me, those are the qualities in a company that are most important. If you are new to this process, you will be in great hands with GMBC. And if you are not new to it, then they will be a breath of fresh air! I give them my HIGHEST recommendation!

It was seemless,ontime, professional and great to work with them. Due to Jan 2023 rain the balcony was water damaged. So the balcony had to be replaced entirely They had to reframe the balcony. There is also a yelp review with photos

Moshe is great to work with: he has been very responsive, thorough, and helpful throughout the process. He even went shopping with us to pick out flooring, trim, etc. We were very excited to have them get things done as their excellent craftsmanship shows. Unfortunately, due to Covid and life changes we had to cancel right before things got started; Moshe and company were very understanding and accommodating.

Excellent customer service. Far above and beyond what was promised. Eli even finished sooner than promised and continues to provide excellent customer service!

I had great experience working with Eli from GMBC. Eli made the process very smooth for me and was very helpful. He is always available via text msgs and responds back to me very promptly. My project was result of some water damage and I had to work with a difficult insurance adjuster. Eli went on multiple calls with my insurance adjuster and explained to him the difference in estimates when many other contractors wouldn't go this extra mile. He was also understanding with my timeline and patient with me as my insurance claim was taking a longer time. I added few things in addition to our initial project and Eli was able to accommodate all of those. Armando was the foreman and managed everything nicely. Quality wise I am very satisfied with the drywall repair crew and paint crew. Miguel for painting did a good job and worked very well with me. Entire crew was very professional, polite and clean. They work very fast and dont compromise quality at all. Their prices are reasonable as well. They might be working on bigger projects but they gave me same importance as anyone else. I would definitely recommend Eli to everyone and would definitely hire them again in future.

They did a really good job! Quick. Cleaned up. Nothing but great things to say about them!

Initially we had them do the kitchen and 2 bathrooms, then we had them repaint the whole interior, replace our flooring and redo some tilework on our fireplace. I'm really happy with the results, though it was a lot of work involved to get there. GMBCs crew, especially Armando, were great to work.
