Description of Work: I found Cindy because she is listed on Mason Kay's website. At the time I was looking for a jade piece. I met her in person and found her very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened well to understand my needs. Later I asked her to look for a sapphire stone for me. She brought in several stones from her suppliers. One of the stones had good color but was a little small. I wasn't totally happy but I bought it anyway. Without me asking, she continued her search. A few days later, she told me that she found one with the color I like and bigger, and that I could exchange the smaller one for the bigger one. I was so excited. When I saw the stone, I fell in love immediately. She then pointed out that the stone had a tiny chip which I had not noticed at all. She promised that she would contact the supplier and resolve the issue. Sure enough, she got in touch with the supplier the following business day and had them agree to recut the stone. I received the stone about a week later. It lost 0.02 ct in weight but still looked stunning. During the process, she kept me updated. I was very impressed with Cindy's honest business dealing.
