I called around a few large window companies in the bay area. Most of them are too busy to pickup the phone. Creative Window's receptionist was very friendly and made an appointment for a consultant to come out to my house. The consultant came and asked me many questions to help me pick the right windows for my needs. He wasn't pushy at all like most of the estimators. Naturally, I had them go ahead and replaced my windows with Milgard windows. The installation went very smooth. The installers were very professional and also cleaned up themselves which was a surprise. I highly recommend Creative Window Company.
