+ -1 moreALTHOUGH ADDITIONAL MEMORY INCREASED COMPUTER SPEED, ALL SOFTWARE WAS NOT RELOADED AS AGREED. RETURNED COMPUTER TWO TIMES TO BE COMPLETED, BUT WAS STILL NOT CORRECTED. I HAD TO ADD THE REMAINING SOFTWARE MYSELF.
Description of Work: ADDED MEMORY TO DESKTOP COMPUTER. ADDED NEW CPU. PERFORMED TUNE UP ON COMPUTER, AND RELOADED SOFTWARE.
