Don't use these guys. It was the worst experience I've had with a business in a long long time. They are scratching the bottom of the barrel with the staff over there. Their installation manager, some guy named Diego, needs to be fired. Upper level management is no better because they won't return your calls when you want to escalate issues that aren't being resolved by front line staff and low level managers. Here are some photos of the crappy job one of their guys did. This whole thing needed to be ripped out and replaced. After dropping the ball multiple times, I was told I'd be given a discount for the serious inconvenience their team caused. Not only did they never follow thru and give us a discount, but they charged our credit card almost a week before the job was actually finished.

Description of Work: They built shelves and a cabinet in my garage, fitted a bedroom closet with 1/2 hanging room and book shelves on 2nd half of closet. Also built a wall desk unit. I had a problem with one of the book shelves breaking but they were very quick to come and fix the problem. I am very happy with the work they performed.

Description of Work: This provider has performed at least 3 major installations at my home and is slated for another this week. Right from the start with our designer, Nora Flores, Closet World has been very professional and timely in their work and at a very competitive price. They have designed and installed 3 walk in closets, a pantry, a complete garage and will complete a full slat wall this week in the garage. The installer, Felipe, performed excellent work and follow up with each successful install. I highly recommend Closet World.

DID A WONDERFUL JOB IN HELPING US DESIGN A BUILT IN CLOSER, THAT FIT OUR NEEDS, AND THE SPACE THAT WE HAD IN THE NEW CLOSET IN OUR ADDITION. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND VERY CREATIVE AND COST CONSCIOUS.
