Cal Tree Care removed all three trees without any incidents and took great care that none of the branches or needles got into the pool. They completely cleaned up after themselves and were done in less time than originally estimated.

Fantastic. Only thing that did not go as planned was stump grinding as tree started to grow back in one spot a few months later. A quick call to them and they were all over it sending out crew again to re-grind.

What a pleasure and relief it is to do business with a contractor like Cal Tree Care, who knows their business and is so reasonable. Not only does the job get done right, they go the extra mile with the right attitude. When it comes to the subject of trees, from a review of tree planting, their health, to shaping and even removal, Randy and Tom really know what they are doing! After the first time last May, I knew I would use their services again and I happily have hired them with the same results. When the job was big, the crew was well matched to get the job done in amazing time. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors and friends. They are fun to work with and no surprises. The money was well spent. While I have great neighbors, I wish they were neighbors as well. They're just that good and I don't think you could find anyone better. I only wish other contractors I've done business with even came close. Thanks again to Randy, Tom and the Cal Tree Care crew.

The crew showed up on time. They were very professional and did not play or fool around while working. They all seemed to know instinctively what their jobs were for all of them to work so efficiently. They were constantly taking the down limbs to the street to run through the limb shredder. They balanced the shape of the trees so they would suffer minimal window damage when we have high winds. They literally opened up the trees for better airflow through their branches. They look really nice. I am sure my trees are happy. When they finished the trimming, they left my yard immaculate. They are Triple A in my eyes.

They came out promptly for the estimate, were very friendly, and made sure they knew where our indoor/outdoor cat was before backing their truck up. I had to schedule over a month in advance, but because my schedule was flexible, they were able to come earlier when they got an opening. They removed the trees and bush on the first trip. On the second trip, they brought a big enough crew to do all the tree trimming and cleanup, which was a huge job. On the third trip, a couple of guys came out to tackle the nearly impossible redwood stump. They all worked really hard and fast. They did a pretty good job with cleanup, but as I had just had my yard cleaned, it was not as clean as when they got there.

Emailed and they stopped by and provided an estimate. Since the tree is in the front yard, I didn't need to be home and they left the estimate at the front door. I agreed to the estimate, and they honored the 10% discount they offer via Angie's LIst (thanks Angie's List!) They gave me an appointment nearly a month away, which was kinda disappointing - but they said if their schedule freed up, they would come earlier. They did - and the tree got thinned and shaped the day before some wicked winds came - their timing was impecable. Would use them again.
