Sammy and his crew are GREAT! From the beginning of our project to the last bit of clean up, Sammy was there to over see everything. He helped my husband and I by going to the appliance stores and Home Depot, pick out appliances and supplies within our budget and even helped with some of the design aspects. His expert advise throughout the entire process helped us be at ease when our bathroom and kitchen were in upheaval. Sammy's right hand man, Pete, gave us a daily break down of what was going to be done and who was going to do the work. If Sammy was not at our house, Pete was always there working and overseeing the different stages of remodel. Not only did both the kitchen and bathroom come out better than we ever imagined, it was actually a very pleasant experience throughout (something most of my friends cannot say about their remodeling projects). Sammy and his crew went above and beyond each day. One thing that was very impressive, is they left our house cleaned up (as much as was possible) after every work day. They never left tools or garbage laying around. They always swept up, tidied up, and asked if there was anything else they needed to do before leaving for the day. Another impressive thing was Sammy was very good with being in contact with me or my wife. I have had previous contractors say they will be by at a certain time, never show up, and/or never answer their cell phones. If Sammy was ever going to be late or a project needed to be amended, he was always in contact. He appreciates the clients time and need to be updated. Most importantly for pet owners, he and his crew were very kind to our animals. He always made sure our cats were in a secured area and unable to get out of the house along with being very enthusiastic with our dogs jumping and barking to say hello each morning. We cannot say enough good things about Builtwell Construction! They are awesome!
