Description of Work: They recovered files from a windows backup and they did a troubleshoot on the server. He also did some transfer of data and updated some things on the system.

Description of Work: Garnett will be helping me purchase a new computer, install it, and transfer all docs from my old system to my new one. He also helped me set up my Roku device and helped me with my iPhone backup.

+ -1 moreI am pretty much computer illiterate; so sometimes I didn't understand what he was asking of me. But, he very patiently repeated his questions and explanations when I asked him to. I will be calling him again when it is time to install my new system.
Description of Work: Garnett helped me with my technical computer issues over the phone. He quickly discovered the cause of my computer issues and was able to help me repair them. His service was so much more convenient than having to bring my computer into a shop. He also made some suggestions on how I can improve my system for the future and was conscientious about my spending and suggested an option of a refurbished computer. I really appreciated that.

+ 0 moreGarnett had contacted me and gave a quote for the work. He also had given an option to install some equipment on my own that would do the same. I have since contacted him 2 more times and he has responded with an answer quickly that would allow me to do the work rather than have him come out. These jobs were really small things. Because of this i would use him for any other large projects in the future. I would definitely recommend calling Garnett first for any networking questions. His fees were very reasonable had I gone for him to do the work.

+ 1 moreHis work is always very good. He takes the time to make sure he does everything correctly. He is great at problem solving and tracking down any problems to make sure a problem is completely addressed and fixed.
Description of Work: Garnett put in a wireless router and set up my DVD player and printer. I've also had him work twice for my son and daughter-in-law to correct problems caused by AT&T.
