Description of Work: My tenants stated that the heater was making loud, strange noises. ABC responded quickly and found it was just a clogged filter. They did not try to talk me into any additional services, etc. They charged the minimum service charge which was explained up front.

Description of Work: I asked in a message how much they charge for an energy audit. They called back and said I'd have to call and speak to someone about what I wanted. I thought they could have given me some general information. If I wanted to call I wouldn't have emailed, which is something they offered as an option.

Description of Work: My heater stopped working the morning of Christmas eve, it was rainy and cold. I called around and was either greeted by an answering machine or an unprofessional human greeting. When I searched Angie's list, and found ABC, Suzanne, the on call person answered the phone in a professional manner, assigned a technician and called me before the tech came out, and a tech came out and fixed my heater problem all within about 3 hours of my call. The technician, Ben, was polite, clean and professional.

Description of Work: Requested an evaluation of our heating/AC system. A visit was scheduled, they were to arrive between 12 - 4. They came at 11:45, and had left before we got back at 12. Re-scheduled, for another day, this time they cancelled a couple of hours before they were supposed to show up.
