Bell Brother's was decent. There have been a few miscommunications, a few surprised looks, and they had to come back to correct a few mistakes, but overall professional. Admittedly, I did my homework as best as I could, and can't give them 5 stars for some oversights, but I didn't run into any deal breakers. It's still early on, only had system installed for 1 week, so we'll see how they honor any warranties and handle service requests and any issues with City permitting and the HERS test.

They gave me outstanding product and a wonderful service! The best thing I like about this company is their desire to satisfy their customer to its fullest extent. They demonstrated that they "actually" care for their customer. My specifications were very stringent in terms to features of the system but they made sure they do everything to make me happy. By the way, they gave me the best price that no one else could beat! I wish this company to flourish and prosper and set a perfect example for others.

Jaleel Porter from Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc. came to the house to install and trouble shoot the installation of two Ecobee Thermostats. We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly. Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues. Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly. Finally, There were no "surprises" and the price was reasonable and competitive.
