Description of Work: We had a tune up done on our furnace and then the blower motor fixed. The service was excellent and Charles was amazing. Super friendly trust worthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Description of Work: Only trouble was that they said they did not plan to return to half moon bay much in the future. We were hoping to stab Lish companies to work with in the future so this may not work.

Description of Work: Air condition tune up, air filter changed and furnace was cleaned. Excellent service. We will be hiring him to update our old air conditioner and furnace soon.

Description of Work: I tried this company last year when my A/C had problems. They came out and fixed the problem and things were running smooth. They had to put in a new fan and switch, worked fine after that. This year we had a plumbing issue. We needed a has-mat team to fix first, then the plumber, then it was recommended that we have our ducts cleaned also. Since we knew our ducting in the old part of the house was old and that "cleaning" the ductwork will not rid the issue of possible bacteria we decided beforehand to replace the ducting anyway. I called Ryan and Brian and they told me what to expect and how much it would be per vent to change it out. He looked at the new part of the house and found that the code was not up to date on the relatively new ducting that was there. Also, why put new ducting in most of the house and leave two ducts in there that did not meet current regs in there, also having a different R rating on them. So for a few hundred more they did the whole house, got rid of any possible bacterial issues too. Ryan stated that some of the old ducts were blowing out some joints into open space (good for PGE's wallet). Now we are up to date, running at an efficient rate, and this was done at a fair price. The guys were here all day, worked their can off and really did a great job.I was a mechanic for 25 years so I understood all that Ryan had to say and why. He picked up on things that were done by another company (B.A. Morrison) that were wrong. I had asked the old company several years ago to inspect the old ducting and they said all was fine. Our PE and E bills since then were outrageous. We are so happy we called this company again. It was worth every penny for the satisfaction of knowing they got the job done right and we don't have to worry about it anymore. Ryan and Brian at Climate Control are fair priced, work hard, explain everything and are nice professional people who know their business. Call 'em when you need to have the work done.
