The design aspect was wonderful as was the pricing. However, it appeared they used their "C" team to do the work. Tile work was awful including damaged and scratched tile used. The wall retexturing was so awful that I finally told them to stop trying to correct the problem. They drilled incorrect holes for the shower curtain rod and simply left the holes and redrilled new ones. The sink they recommend is showing signs of staining and the toilet seat was replaced with a cheep plastic one. When I asked the owner/president to review the work (and I worked with him up until this point) he told me that he would send someone over and just let him know what was needed to be fixed. Ultimately, I told them to get their stuff and I will hire someone else to finish. When I made the final payment they wanted to leave their equipment at my place until someone could get it. I told them that once I hand over the check, I will change the locks, will consider the job completed, and any items left behind will be considered abandoned. He took them. On the positive side, the designing tips and help was great, they arrived on time, they did not leave a mess at the end of the day, and were respectful of my neighbors. I would only recommend them for design, but not the actual work.
