AMCON SUNROOMS

After seeing my friend's gorgeous aluminum pergola I decided to replace my old rickety wood pergola with a new one. On her recommendation I called AMCON (a diamond certified company) and made an appointment to see Jeff Bondoc, the owner. Jeff arrived at the appointed time and we debated for a while before settling on a price of $3,250. At that time, I paid a deposit of $325.00 plus another $1,212.50 for materials a couple of days later. About a week later some one came by, dismantled and stacked our old wood pergola. About 3 weeks later two Mexican men arrived and after a day and a couple of hours the second day they were done. I made out a check for the $1,712.25 balance and handed it over to the worker, called Al to pass on to Jeff. Today, a week later, I attended a Home Show in Pleasanton and noticed a nice looking wood pergola, similar (but not as substantial looking) as mine. I inquired as to the price for a 10x15 foot size and I was delighted to learn that they wanted $4,500.00 for theirs.
