Description of Work: Lonzo with Alpha Plumbing fixed a severe leak we were having from our bathroom tub into our basement. Lonzo with Alpha plumbing was terrific to deal with both via email arranging the job and in person taking care of the problem. He was able to fix it for less than his original estimate. We originally found Lonzo through an Angie's list special deal to drain a sink, and Lonzo was able to quickly resolve a persistent backup that was happening in our bathroom sink. We will definitely use Lonzo again in the future should we have need for plumbing assistance.

Description of Work: The initial assessment only got one drain unclogged. With the follow up visits, the contractor and assistant replaced the deteriorated vainly drain fixture, replaced the S - joint beneath the other side of the double vanity in my master bathroom.(i hadn't used it in 10 yrs). They replaced the Oval toilet seat in the master and replaced a worn out pipe beneath the tank. Upstairs in the guest bathroom, they replaced the floater unit and flush switch. Also found a small leak in the pipe beneath the tank.

Description of Work: Alpha plumbing re-piped my house from galvanized to cooper. At the time I'd received about three or four estimates, Alpha was the lowest estimate but the reason I choose them was the impression I got from talking to the owner, Lonzo Caves. One of the earlier estimates included running copper from the water meter on the sidewalk to the house, Lonzo looked and showed me that the line from the meter was already copper. I don't know if the earlier company was just lazy or was trying to add an charge that I did not need. They did the work on schedule and as promised with minimal disruption to our lives, were very considerate while working in our home and left the work area clean and neat at the end of each day. I feel as they went out of their way to make the minimal openings in the walls and added some extra touches that I did not expect. For example in the garage where the washer and dryer are they replaced the taps for the washer and when doing so installed a very attractive recessed box for the plumbing, a nice touch that looks good and is functional as well. After the big job I've had Alpha out to the house on several occasions for smaller jobs, in each case they were easy to reach and quick to respond. I've recommended them to several friends and they've had the same results.
