 + -1 moreThe company service rep came out at the time we'd discussed and installed the needed upgrade to the system. He changed the main battery and did a test of the system. He was courteous and prompt and did a good job.
Description of Work: We have had All Guard since 2002 and they have been great. Prompt calls when the alarm is tripped, and they call more than one of our numbers when needed. The alarm system needed a different mechanism and they came out and resolved the issue. Another time the tech department assisted on a battery replacement for a wireless unit over the phone.

 + -1 moreAll Guard has operated flawlessly for me for about a decade. Having their monitoring service saves me money on my home owners insurance and gives us piece of mind.
Description of Work: I've had All Guard service in my home for about 10 years. The installation was such a long time ago that my report on that would be too dated. I can say that in all that time nothing has failed with any of the equipment. A few years ago I had them out to install a couple of wireless switches on patio doors and upgrade the control box, that also went well. I've been paying them a monthly monitoring fee all this time. Over the years they've responded to every alarm either real or false in a prompt fashion providing the service that I pay for.

 + -1 moreVERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE. THEY CHECKED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM, TO DETERMINE WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS. THEY REPAIRED THE PROBLEM, AND TESTED THE ENTIRE SYSTEM.
Description of Work: WE REQUESTED A SERVICE CALL, BECAUSE THE ALARM SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING. ALL GUARD TO INSTALL WINDOW MAGNETS, REPLACE BACK UP BATTERY, AND TEST THE SYSTEM.

 + -1 moreALL GUARD WAS ON TIME AND READY TO GET THIS DONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AS TO WHERE THE CAMERA'S WOULD DO THE BEST JOB AND HAVE THE MOST EFFECT. THEY WERE FAST EFFICIENT AND POLITE.
Description of Work: ALL GUARD INSTALLED OUT SIDE SECURITY CAMERA'S AND AN ALARM SYSTEM. THEY HOOKED IT ALL UP TO A TV MONITOR SYSTEM.

 + -1 moreALL GUARD SENT A MAN OUT TO LOOK AT THE CONDO AND SET ME UP WITH THE BEST ALARM THAT WOULD MEET MY NEEDS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL, ON TIME AND POLITE. I STAY WITH ALL GUARD BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I GET THERE.
