Description of Work: Inspected AC & discovered the compressor was bad. They were able to get a new one a week before their scheduled delivery & had it installed within 2 days of my initial call. They even contacted the manufacturer to try to see if it was covered by warranty. Unfortunately it was not. This is the third time I have used this company They provide excellent service & I highly recommend them. | |t.

Description of Work: Provider was willing to come out at 8 PM to check on AC. I told them next morning would be fine. Next morning when I tried the AC it started working. Serviceman came out in truck...I told him the situation. To have tha AC serviced would have been $80. I told him I would just hold off till next time. He said fine.

They called as the tech was on his way to my home then when he arrived, he asked questions and gathered a lot of information before getting to work. The tech went above and beyond his expectations by doing more than just maintenance on my heater.

Description of Work: Slab leak from hot water pipe. This reguired re-routing hot water pipes thru the attic and down the wall. They did a nice job and did it before Christmas which my wife was happy about. Was also able for first time , to have 10% off price . I am very happy with this service.

Description of Work: CHECKED OUT THE AIR CONDITIONER, CRAWLED UP INTO THE BLISTERING ATTIC AND ATTACHED A HANGING RECEPTICAL, (NEVER DONE IN CONSTRUCTION) AND REAFFERMED THAT THE UNIT WAS FINE, BUT THE THERMOSTAT WAS BROKEN. JUST CHARGED ME FOR A SERVICE CALL, NOTHING ELSE.

Ernesto, the technician that came over a couple days after I set up the appointment, was well dressed and clean cut. He was very helpful and answered all my questions I had about my AC unit. I recently bought the house and wanted to make sure everything was in tip top shape. Ernesto was knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He offered me advice on how to efficienctly cool my home and save money on the electrical bill. He even used shoe covers when he came into my home! I'm looking forward to when he comes back in the fall to inspect my heater.

+ -1 moreI bought a "Social Living" deal for 50% off to have my AC system checked as I had several rooms that did not cool very well. I called for an appointment and two days later a serviceman was at my home. After checking everything which turned out OK. the service man suggusted I call their Office Manager to discuss my cooling problem. I called and talked to "Dave" who gave me two suggestions for correcting my issue; one was for a permanent closure of a vent that was cooling two rooms not presently used; and the other was to place a damper on the vent that could be opened should we decide to use the rooms. We choose the damper; and two days later it was taken care of. Everyone we talked to was friendly, very helpful, and courteous. I was very pleased with the whole process..
Description of Work: Inspected AC system and returned to install dampers on two ducts.

+ 0 moreDave Guerra did a fantastic job examining our existing units and describing the options for repair / replacement. He left us with a completed quote and few unanswered questions. Deciding which of the 3 bids to accept was easy because Dave engendered such confidence in his company. (I hope they pay him well... he is why we went with the company.) Before the job started Dave brought by Manuel, lead installer on our project and another top notch professional. As the work began there were more and more quality workmen involved. They completed 2 days ahead of schedule. So far so good. The house is cool. The new units are BIG, but they are well positioned in the back of the house and VERY much quieter. We are happy to have the Lifetime warrantee. If doing business with this company continues as it's begun that will make for a long and happy business relationship.
Description of Work: Replaced and relocated two ac/furnace units.....including ductwork. Installed an attic fan.
