DAVE THE WINDOW WASHER

The two-man crew divided up approximately 30 windows and doors with panes ranging from small to large. Most were accessible from indoors but they were prepared with appropriate ladders to clean windows accessible only through outside. The work took between 3-4 hours.

They missed 2 windows, came back promptly to do them

I have use Dave before and the window cleaning was always good. They are fast and reliable and they tried to work with me to get me an earlier appointment. Everything was done fast and well.

They did a great job - set it up entirely via email - they gave me a quote without me needing to be home and performed the service beautifully. very painless experience. Would use them again. Planning on using them once a year.

They did an excellent job. Our very dirty curved glass atrium windows and leaded glass living room windows in our new home sparkled afterwards. They were also successful in removing pet stains.

Dave is always very flexible in his scheduling, friendly and positive (he even helped me hang a mirror one time). He always works to please.

Very well done all around. No complaints. The team moved swiftly and carefully. We have high interior ceilings with elevated windows and white walls. All was tidy (no smudges or damage from extension ladders, etc.). Quite thorough and full service. I chose them thanks to other good reviews on Angie's List.

Two guys came exactly on time. They were very thorough and did a great job.

It was so long ago, I barely remember. When I use someone from Angie's List I usually review them immediately afterwards. I don't know what happened to this review. I think I've used Dave twice...the 1st time may have been in 2012. I remember being surprised that he was still at the number I had...good sign. I also remember it being costly, but he did show up and did a good job and was just thinking about calling him again.

Arrived on time did job, Had to return some windows were streaked found cost and service to high to little compared to others.

Horrible. Workers caused damage on windows and walls. Left balconies/decks dirty. Damaged walls while rushing to pull out screens to wash. Had to call them back out twice. Owner finally contacted me and came out to review damage. Was polite and I was impressed that he came out -- however, proceeded to negotiate a refund. How "$300" was his lucky number. That this seemed a fair price for my time. My time is precious -- I am a very busy person and work from home. Finally relented and accepted refund because I could not tolerate the excuses anymore. The company overbooks and does poor work. There are plenty of other window washing companies. Look to them before using this company.

They did a good job on the windows but just wiped down the blinds so the blinds weren't totally clean. Left footprint on my balcony.

They were okay. I didn't think they did a thorough enough job. It was average, it wasn't spectacular.

The window washing was excellent. On cleaning the gutters, he later realized he might have skipped one area and asked to come back and finish the job. He did just that. The only way that his service could have been improved was to clean up more after himself. This family has just cleared out their back yard and it ended up junked up again after Bob's work./

Provider was punctual and on time and very nice.

It went well. I have honestly never seen my windows look as clean as they got them.

We have a three story house with a separate garage with a studio apartment on top of it. There is wood siding (from the 1930's but in good shape) on the top stories and stucco below. Dave's crew decided the safer way to clean was by hand, rather than a power wash, but charged the same amount as the estimate. It came out great and saved us from having to repaint, which would cost ten times as much. They did the outside of the windows, too. We will use them in the future for the windows - the house won't need cleaning again for many years.
