+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY DO NOT RESPOND QUICKLY TO CALLS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS. IT IS HARD TO GET TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY PUT ALARM SERVICES THROUGH THE ENTIRE HOUSE.

+ -1 moreONE OF THEIR SENSORS DIDN'T WORK AS WELL AS IT SAYS THAT IT DID. THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD DETECT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANIMALS AND HUMANS. THE PRESENTATION KIND OF EXAGGERATED THE ACCURACY OF THE SENSOR.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN AN ALARM IN CASE SOMEONE OPENS THE DOOR AND THEY HAVE SENSORS IN CASE SOMEONE IS WALKING IN THE HOUSE. THE ALARM GOES OFF AND THEY CONTACT THE POLICE.
