Acme Environmental Inc

I've had three contacts with this organization--I want to like them since they do "green" plumbing (solar, efficient boilers, etc). But all three experiences were negative. Two were by phone, where I found Jake to be terse and non-helpful. In the first call he said he would call me back but never did, so (some weeks later) I called again and spoke with him. He seemed reluctant to discuss what I needed done (a new heating system). Recently I met him at an expo and again found him (and his partner) unhelpful.
