Our bath water started to backup and laundry machine flooded the garage. I called Tony's Plumbing and they were at my house on that SAME DAY WITHIN AN HOUR of my call. They were no nonsense and quickly diagnosed the problem as a clogged main line and used a snake to clean out the pipes. This fixed the problem and water is now running fine. Tony's Plumbing is my go-to plumber for any serious issues! They've been very prompt and professional every time I've used them. Other plumbers might charge less (or more) but if you want quality work done and good customer service - I recommend these guys.

Tony's Plumbing really came through for us! Our tennis club suffered a main gas line leak, which could not easily be repaired. After quotes from several plumbers -- all way more that we could afford -- Tony proposed a much more practical and affordable solution to restoring gas service to our clubhouse. Even working in difficult rain conditions, his team got the job done quickly, met with the inspectors and got us back up and running very quickly. We are highly impressed with Tony's Plumbing, and will definitely use him again!

They were very good. They came out early.

They have always been professional. They get the job done and clean up and then they are gone.

The two sinks were back to back on a wall and the drain pipe made a T connection to drain out to the sewer. This was impossible to snake out so the plumber opened up the walls under each sink and replaced the T connection with a junction that has a snake access capped entrance that sticks outside of the wall. Unscrew the cap and the pipe is at such an angle that a snake could work properly. It took a couple days to replace the drywall and paint the opening made but the drain now flows freely.

Tony's came as scheduled and the plumber was able to determine right away the best solution to the situation. A clear explanation was given and the repairs were performed quickly and neatly. The sink has not drained as well in several years! When we are doing a planned remodel, Tony's will be called for all the plumbing requirements.

The plumber came on time and did the work in a timely and professional manner. He also offered helpful comments and advice.

This is the second time I have used Tony's services and it will not be the last. It was very easy to make an appointment. Mark was prompt, pleasant and professional.Requested services for a clogged kitchen sink etc. Mark snaked the kitchen drain in addition to two other sinks. He immediately provided me with a quote after making an initial inspection and made sure everything was functioning correctly afterwards.

Great. Arrived in time window installed new faucet quickly courteous. Did not have to wait long for appointment-next day.

After trying 3 other plumbers, none of whom were willing to crawl under the house or spend anytime troubleshooting, we finally had Tony's crew come out. They spent time isolating the issue, were upfront about cost and time needed to repair. They required the experience of another coworker, so scheduled for the next day. Workers arrived promptly and got right down to work. It took them 5 hours but they fixed the issue. The gas company came out the same day and cleared the system, turning the gas back on. We left Tony's card for the buyers with a hearty recommendation.

Great-very professional, thorough, came same day. Mark was very helpful and friendly-would use his services again.

Chris, the serviceman, was so pleasant and easy to understand. He showed me a picture of another leak I had not known about (had a lot of corrosion) and he also fixed that up. I will call Tony's Plumbing for any future work. Easy to trust and work with these people. I did not feel so "ripped off" as I did from a previous call to a different company. GREAT COMPANY and Chris is very good at what he does.

Wonderful! I was given an appointment according to MY schedule, Mark arrived on time and did a professional job (and also had all the latest tools and materials) to make the job go fast and efficiently at a great price.....

Mark and Wilson went right to work and were very accommodating and worked efficiently.

Very Poor. Hot water Heater circulation not proper. Tub overflow not installed properly and no access provided to fix. Hot water heater not per specs AND very noisy exhaust fan installed which was previously in the plans. Shower multifunction not installed properly. Refuses to fix problems without additional payment.

The water from the washing machine now drain properly. Toilet flush valve.

On time, did exactly what was necessary, good job, explained everything.

I found Tony's Plumbing on Angie's list a few years ago and have used him many times since the first job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tony is exceedingly knowledgeable and his guys are skilled, polite and competent. They are efficient and professional and complete their jobs in a timely and expert way. They show up when they say they are going to and do not leave any mess after they work. Tony's office staff is knowledgeable, organized and helpful. It is a relief to have a plumber you can trust to diagnose a problem correctly and then solve it at a fair price. Tony's plumbing does an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with.

I first used Tony's Plumbing late in 2015 to replace a long section of sewer pipe at a cost of nearly $8000 and was extremely pleased with their work. They had to tear apart a section of the patio to reach the sewer and repaired that damage well. So I called Tony again for my current problem. The building, a duplex, was built 70 or 80 years ago, and I was not surprised that more old galvanized pipes fell apart nine months later. I thought the price of $5900 was quite fair for the work and materials required to copper pipe so many of the lines. One thing that annoys me is not being able to get in touch with workmen when I have a question during a job. Tony was always available either immediately or within a short time. And his son John, the lead plumber on both jobs, is both an excellent plumber and easy to work with.

Mark showed up on time and ascertained the cause of the leak. He then repaired the issue. He was very professionally, and easy to talk to, and explained the situation on well.

We love Tony's Plumbing. They have done a bunch of work for us and our HOA over the past 2 years (i.e., sump pump repair, sewer repair, internal and external drain clean outs, external pipe repair, water heater repair and replacement, etc). They are professional, reliable, and offer competitive pricing. We recommend them highly!

You can't go wrong with Tony's. I've been using them for a few years now and they have not disappointed yet. Plumbing can be a rough business but these guys make things smooth. I will continue to use Tony's, nice guys and they know what they're doing.

I wish I could write a quick positive review but I can’t. I first saw Tony’s Plumbing on Angie’s List with a few good reviews so I decided to let the “pros” work on my new house since plumbing is not my strong suit. Tony came out after I called and looked around the place and said his guys would switch out some faucets and install my washer and dryer. I thought it would be an easy job but I figured since this house was older there might be some issues. I was right! The guys who came were very polite. My only complaint was that they installed a new faucet that I purchased into the bathroom and the lever to close the drain didn’t work. After they finished the first day, they got two of the broken showers functioning and had finished with the washer/dryer install. My girlfriend was so excited to finally shower in our bathroom (as only one shower was functioning when we moved in). When she was done, my son came running out of another bathroom to tell me that the toilet wouldn’t flush and was about to overflow. When I checked that bathroom and the others, they had all backed up into the toilets and showers! I called Tony immediately to tell him what was going on and he was immediately defensive, telling me how that wasn’t THEIR fault. I told him that I called to ask for help, not to accuse them of any wrong-doing!? He said that he’d be able to possibly send guys in the morning. I told him that my kids and I needed to shower and use the toilet (as it was only 6pm) and he said there was nothing he could do. So I said “can you at least refer me to SOMEONE that CAN help??” and he said “I don’t know?? Try Roto-Rooter or someone like that BUT they’re gonna charge you a lot… OR you can wait until the morning.” The advice wasn’t very helpful so with the help of a friend I was snaking my line with a Home Depot rental until 10:30pm. Ugh. A couple days later the guys showed up to finish the work (installing the kitchen faucet and checking up on the washer). They had asked us to test the washer/dryer after they left last time and we told them it flooded the entire wash room and drained into my pool. They said that the drain was probably sealed shut and that I may have to dig up my bedroom to get a new line in. I was thrilled as you could imagine. However there was an old drain for a sink in the wash room and they tapped into that line to get the washer hooked up to drain properly. Thank god for that! (However, if they had checked the two drains prior to installing the first one it would have saved me a boatload of money in labor). Anyway, when they installed my kitchen faucet I asked the guys to throw a bead of caulk around the faucet and sink (since they’re the pros) and they said no problem. When they left, the washer was working great and the kitchen was done but they didn’t throw the caulk in. So my realtor had asked me how things were going and he mentioned that he knew someone at Tony’s Plumbing. I mentioned the few issues and he called his buddy John and John called me back. He came out and corrected bathroom faucet by telling me that the old sink needed to be drilled out in order to make the latch work. Shouldn’t that have been done initially anyway?? He also said that they don’t caulk around the kitchen sink anymore because there’s a gasket underneath. I said that’s fine but I asked for caulk and didn’t get it. He said they don’t do that. Why wouldn’t they simply caulk around my sink if I ask? So anyway, he leaves and drops off an envelope with the invoice which sat on my counter for a couple days until I opened it and was shocked at the $3200+ bill! The guys were nice and all but I thought it was a big excessive. Almost $900 in parts and it wasn’t itemized? (I purchased all of the faucets myself at Home Depot?!) So I have been busy at work and I decided to wait until my next paycheck to send them a check. No biggie right?? WRONG. Mandy from Tony’s Plumbing started calling my cell phone and work number the following week looking for payment. I was in a meeting when “Walter, Tony’s Plumbing is on line 3” was announced over the intercom. That was odd. Anyway I was going to call her back the following day when I had a chance to give her a credit card instead to be done with this. Later that afternoon/evening there’s a knock at my door and THERE’S TONY. I said hi and we shook hands and he said he was there to pick up a check for the job. I couldn’t believe he was at my door to collect?! I said I had heard from Mandy and was going to call back. I asked if he took credit cards and he said that was would charge me an additional 3+%. I said fine then I’ll send a check and he said he wasn’t leaving without payment. (I had the strange feeling that my kneecaps would be broken if I didn’t write a check.) So I told him I’d pay him but I wasn’t entirely pleased with the work and price. He pointed out how John came out and didn’t charge me for looking down my drain with a camera to show me roots. Somehow I feel that was covered in this $3000 invoice SOMEWHERE. Anyway, I wrote him the check and asked him to hold it until next Friday when I got paid. This was yesterday so we shall see if he honors that request. To put it into perspective, they did the job on the 6th and 8th of July and John came out on the 11th or 12th to make corrections and drop off the invoice. The muscle came to collect on the 21st, not even two weeks out. Overall the guys who did the work were nice but this has certainly been a less than pleasurable experience. The washer/dryer work fine but the finishing work left much to be desired for this price.
