First time with Tony's plumbing. Paul fixed our leak quickly (repair section installed - existing copper had a pin-hole leak several inches from fittings) Very punctual, professional, and good communication! Will likely hire again (we seem to get a lot of leeks).

This is about the fourth time I've used Tony's Plumbing. They always do an excellent job for me and something just as important, I feel I can trust them to give me an honest answer when they come out to do a job for me. Had them out to do clean a slow drain that had been this way for some time. Had considered getting another company out that I had a coupon for, but then decided to to call Tony's instead since I can trust them if there were additional problem. Glad I did since it turned out to be a lot more complicated than just putting a snake down the pipe as their snake kept getting stuck. Paul, the tech doing the job, finally had to replace a section of the pipe and now drain is running freely again. I have also had them out to replace my water heater, replace my kitchen sink and reroute a drain from my HVAC. They have done a good job for me each time. They are definitely my go to plumber.

Went very well. Paul was prompt, very pleasant, very efficient. He understood the changes I was wanting and found a nice way of placing the new hardware. He made sure it was secure and functional. He is very easy to communicate with.

Mark and Paul were great. They are funny.

At 5am on January 2nd, I had an emergency leak under my kitchen sink. I left a message at Tony's Plumbing and they promptly called me at 730 and said that a plumber will be at my home between 8-9am. Paul arrived at 8:30am, replaced the waste disposer, cleaned up, and was out of there by 9:20am. Paul was prompt, super courteous, clean and efficient. The charge was very reasonable. I am absolutely pleased with Paul and the other plumbers that work at Tony's. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had old clogged pipes in two different areas of the house so we called Tony’s for help. Tony came out the day I called to give a consultation. A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! Before work got started they tried their best to protect our home from the dust and dirt. I was really grateful for their efforts. They also kept us updated through out the whole process. At one point during the day there was a need to snake one of the pipes and Paul came out to help. I’ve worked with Paul before when our water heater went out so I knew we were in good hands! At the end of the day Kevin and Juan did an incredible job of cleaning! Drains are working properly again and we are thankful to have found a plumbing company with so many great workers! The price we paid was close to the quote. Once the walls were open they found some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen. We are appreciative that Kevin and Juan figured out a way to fix the problem while trying to save us money. You won’t regret hiring Tony’s Plumbing!

In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!

Paul arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly. He was done within two hours. I would definitely use them again.

Very good. They were very efficient. They did cut through the existing drain pipe when sawcutting so had to replace that, and as a result worked a little longer than anticipated on the job.

They were very thorough and efficient. Mark and his assistant quickly assessed what was going on and methodically addressed everything that had to be done starting with augering the main line.

It went very well. The plumber very quickly came up with a strategy to deal with the problem, obtained the needed parts, and got the work done in good order.

Work was completed within 2 hours. Had to go and get some non-standard parts.

Paul tried to fix the old faucets but ran into problems so we bought new faucets. They work nicely.

I think it was pretty good. It was the last one we used. Tony is pretty courteous and pretty good. On price, I can not remember but I think its satisfactory.

Tankless replaced with additional anti-scale filter, all went well. Expensive but less than quote from another plumber. Home owner, me, screwed up faucet replacement causing leak into house day after tankless installed. Called Tony's, they sent over Mark same day, got the problem fixed plus help on other item. Still expensive but very good followup. Plumbers are expensive but the work is physical & I don't want to do it & sometimes I need get the expert.

On all the jobs, they were efficient and easy to work with.

It went beautifully! Tony's will be my plumber for life. John was on time, discussed my problems with me, made suggestions and told me upfront approximately how much everything would cost. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I am so happy to have found someone I can rely on to help me with my plumbing problems.

Great experience! Mark did an excellent job installing the dishwasher. He is friendly and professional. Service is prompt and communication is great from both Mark and the office staff. Superior service!

After purchasing the service via Angie's List, was contacted by the company the next day to confirm my primary time slot. The gentleman arrived on time, and was very professional. He explained the process and what it entails, and there were no surprises.

Fortunately i called Angie's List's top rated plumber in our area. They immediately sent out Mark, a twenty one year veteran. He had the knowledge , equipment and parts to fix all of the problems. he did a great job and charged me a fair price.

I didn't receive a call before they came out. The camera was missing which was kinda weird. The camera was top of the line, he let me look at it and showed me everything from the clean out to the street. The estimate inaccurate, somethings were added that I did not need. John was a very nice guy.

One to two people came out to complete two projects and it took a couple of hours each. They left thearea clean when they were finished.
