+ -1 moreJob was never completed and they will not refund the payment. Deck concrete cracked and they will not fix it. After sandblasting the existing pool plaster, workers did not show up.
Description of Work: Pool deck, retaining wall, pool re-plastering, stone stairway with lighting.

Description of Work: Sunset put in brick paving in the front and back of my home, they did the leveling with sand and they also did the brick work from the street to my driveway.

+ 0 moreWe paid $1700 extra to supplier of materials so that they wouldn't place a mechanic's lien on out property. They were still trying to get paid and finally we were sent the share that we had to pay extra to prime building materials. Job finished and finally paid up back on June 25, 2007 to remove the mechanic's lien on out property.
Description of Work: Remove existing patio bricks, excavate to install pipe and drains from yard to curb. Replace with new pavers.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS WERE VERY DEPENDABLE AND HARD WORKING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT IT PAID OFF BECAUSE OUR BACK YARD IS BEAUTIFUL!
