From beginning to end, working with Scott and his team was professional and an easy experience. We purchased a new house and only had one single rod in all our closets. They used computer models of our space to show all the combinations we could use. We did 3 closets in the house and put cabinets on the wall in the garage. The team was very organized and only took 2 days to get all the work done.

Closet Solutions built my custom home office and linen closet and I am delighted with the finished product. From the start, Scott, the owner was personable and very helpful. He had Alzbeta, one of his lead designers work with me and she was wonderful. In this Covid era she was able to do almost all the layout and details through the phone and email. She did visit my home to measure and discuss any final details. When the installation day arrived, which was about a month later, the two installers were prompt, actually early and they completed the job in one day and left the room spotless. They were very careful with my hardwood floors and put padding down so as not to scratch them. The home office is exactly what I wanted, I would definitely recommend Closet Solutions, they are fair with their pricing, efficient and work to provided exactly what the customer wants.

Scott and his team were easy to work with. Cheryl redid the design several times in order to accommodate my extensive shoe collection. I had put in organizers myself several years ago and wondered how much difference a more precise design would make. As it turns out, it made a significant difference. The closet has a lot more room, and I can see everything quite easily. The installation went very smoothly on the date promised, and the closet exceeded my expectations in terms of both aesthetics and function. The price was not inexpensive, but it was reasonable, and the work was of high quality. I would definitely hire them again.

Both projects went smoothly from start to finish. Alzbeta, our design consultant, brought my husband's vision for the garage and his home office to reality. She listened intently and drew clear plans that resembled his hope for each location! She was meticulous in her measurements, checking details and offering suggestions that enhanced the plans. During installation, Alzbeta's communication via email and phone followed the manufacturing stage and each project's unique touches and details. The installation crew was top notch! We were fortunate and grateful to have them for both garage and home office installations. Courtesy calls from owner-manager Scott McCafferty were welcomed and appreciated as well. This company is super professional and I highly recommend them! I initially met with my designer Cheryl. She came out and did all the measurements for the room I wanted to improve. She then created a 3D drawing and helped me make edits as needed. I was very satisfied with her level of detail. She was also very responsive to me and texted me back quickly. When I was satisfied with the design, she helped me schedule an installation date. I interviewed quite a bit of companies before deciding on this company. There were other companies that were cheaper and had earlier installation dates but this one had the best reviews. Not as many reviews as some competitors but if you look, there are no negative reviews. And it's because of their excellent customer service. I am very glad I waited the two months for an installation date because I really have nothing to complain about. The workers came and installed everything exactly per my design and the quality was superb. Lines were straight, no corners were cut, and I'm simply in love with my new display room. Go with this company and you won't go wrong!

Whenever anyone promised a deliverable, it was delivered on time! Our designer, Alzbeta, walked us through the process from beginning to end and was always very responsive and professional. This company was just fabulous from the beginning until the completion of the installation. Alzbeta was so professional, friendly and sincere in presenting a design to meet my specific needs. She was quick to present 3D drawings and responded promptly to address any questions that I had. We made a good team. Lenin installed the closet which matched the design perfectly. He arrived on time and made sure that the placement of the shelves and rods would provide the proper space for shoes and clothing. His workmanship was excellent. The total job was outstanding (design, quality of materials, workmanship and customer service). I am so impressed with the result that I will definitely use Closet Solutions when I have another project.

They were flexible enough to meet an expedited installation schedule and provided excellent service throughout the process. They were clean and the closets look great!

I had SUCH a positive experience with this company. It was such an enjoyable process. Every encounter with every single person I worked with or talked to - from the owner, to the designer, to the installer - was all so wonderful. They don't subcontract out their installation, and I think that makes a huge difference in quality and experience. They aren't the cheapest closet company out there, but that's because they care about their quality (which is exceptional) and their service (which is also exceptional). I will absolutely be using Closet Solutions again in the future when we're ready to redo the other closets in our home, and I will absolutely recommend them! They have absolutely earned our business for life!

Cheryl was absolutely wonderful, and helped us design our closet and cabinets in August 2018. The installation a few weeks later went very smoothly, and we continue to admire both the aesthetics and the functionality of our new closet and cabinets.

Alzbeta did a great job of designing the closet spaces to make them more functional. We were so happy with the first three that we decided to do the guest room closet. The installation went smoothly and the team did a great job of cleanup after finishing their work. Overall, a great experience.

Jennifer LeGrand was wonderful. She interviewed us, helped us inventory what we planned to put in the closets and made all kinds of good suggestions about what kinds of drawers, shelves and hangers to put in the closets. We more than doubled the functionality of our closets with her help. Installation was a breeze! The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and service has been outstanding!

I can't say enough about Closet Solutions. First of all, ask for Jennifer LeGrand, Senior Designer. This was an expensive venture for me because my closet was very outdated with no room for organizing and I needed a lot of hand holding and Jennifer did not disappoint. From the moment I contacted Closet Solutions, I experienced personal customer service. Jennifer was focused, attentive and gave me such individualized attention, I wondered if I was her only client. She even personally checked in during the installation process. I had questions, many questions and Jennifer answered all of them with honesty and professionalism. She didn't try to oversell the product. I have to admit, I did contact another closet company prior to Closet Solutions and I felt very disappointed after the designer left. What I most appreciated is that Closet Solutions provided three options via email that I could understand and visualize and mull over at my leisure, without the pressure of someone standing there, waiting for me to sign on the dotted line. Installation was painless. The installer was friendly, competent and no clean up after completion! I appreciated that after installation, Jennifer contacted me, just to make sure my expectations were met. .I have a small walk-in master closet that I can finally, truly walk into!

We decided not to have closet shelving put in at this time.

I was very pleased with their price. They delivered it as promised. They had some really slick solutions for things I wanted to get done. They left the place clean which was nice. They didn't take longer than I thought they would which was good. The owner was very involved; it's a small company with very personalized service.

THEY DID A FAIRLY GOOD JOB. IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO COME OUT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE BUT THE WORK WAS NICE. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT .
