Description of Work: My renters let the pool go to h . They hired Vasco to clean it before they moved out. After a few phone calls (the first of which I NEVER got a all back, thank you Kelly) I got a list of what was done at the request of my renters. I saw the pool four days later and that pool was sooooo green it wasn't even funny. I can't blame it all on Vasco, but I ended up having to have it drained, filter re-cleaned, scrubbed and re-filled again a month later. Basically Vasco did what they were paid to do and that was it. Like I said, it wasn't really their fault but reading between the lines, if you are told to just clean it so the renters can move out, would you do your best? I now have a pool service,and needless to say, Vasco Pool Service is not the one I chose.

+ -1 moreThey come every 2 weeks and do my pool, and I have had their service for years, and I am very happy with them, they work with me, and do excellent work, and the service guys are very courteous, I'd give them a 5 star rating.
