Red's Roofing worked in conjunction with an AC/HVAC company and the Satellite company to have the roof opening available for their installation while the Satellite dishes were removed and replaced. The installation of the AC/HVAC unit was installed during the re-roofing. We initially contacted Red's Roofing through the telephone yellow pages. We were contacted within a 24 hour period, that was just before the Thanksgiving holidays. We were offered to have our roof replaced in December of 2012, however due to the cold weather we, the homeowners chose to have the re-roofing done in March of 2013 because it would be warmer than the cold weather we have in December. March 4, 2013 is when it was agreed upon to start the work. From Monday, March 4, 2013 to Thursday March 7 the work crew always showed up on time and were able to complete the re-roofing within four work days. As the home owners we are very please to date with the quality of the materials used and the quality of the workmanship.

After 3 calls to his office and getting by his Dad (Red) the son came out made some recommendations that i agreed to and quoted me a price of #3000. I agreed. He was supposed to came back in the following day or 2 to review shingle colors. He never came back or returned any of my calls.

Red's roofing came out to our house and gave us a quote which we accepted after talking to them about what would be done and when. They performed the work in a orderly, timely manner and we were happy with it.

They completed the work very quickly - in about 3 days - and overall did a good job. Their pricing for comparable quality high-end materials was half that of two local big box stores that I got quotes from. However, they didn't do a very good job cleaning up my property when they were done with the major work. There were MANY nails, staples, empty shingle packages and small scraps of junk left all around the perimeter of the house and garage. Also, they were supposed to replace damaged eave vents, as well as install addtional eave vents. I called them three times, and they never came out to complete this part of the job. I finally had to replace and add the eave vents myself to complete the job. If I were to use them again, I would withhold 20% of their fee until they finished the job. I thought I could trust them to come back to complete all the work, and paid them the whole fee when I received their invoice. This was a mistake on my part, that I would not repeat. I would definitely use them again, or recommend them to others, as they did good work, worked quickly and had an outstanding price. However, I would warn people to withhold 20% of the payment until they felt that the job had been totally completed.
