Description of Work: I called them because my hot water heater stopped working (heater is part of my home heating system). Mr Noga came over and lit the water heater but stated we should call a plumber to replace the 21 year old if it goes out again. It did not stay lit, so I called WCC Plumbing and they located a new heater (in San Diego) and had it shipped here the next day and installed it. Great service.

Description of Work: I take advantage of the the company's prepaid two visit service check every year. The service person comes twice a year and checks everything; I do have to initiate the appointments. Each service person has been very courteous and cleans up afterwards. I like the prepaid plan because I can budget for it and I would not be a very happy person if my A/C broke in the middle of the summer.

Description of Work: They responded quickly (within two hours) to my request for help fixing our home heating unit. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, took his time to consider a variety of possible causes, then successfully diagnosed and repaired our unit. I marked them down on price because the part needed is available online for far less than half of what they charged.

+ -1 moreSince we live in a very hot area I didn't want to be without my A/C at any time so I elected to pay for a maintenance plan with Noga's. They seemed to be the only company I could find with a plan like this. I chose the company from the Yellow Pages because I am fairly new to this community. I just renewed my plan for another year of two check-ups. They come to my home once in the spring for the A/C and once in the fall for the furnace. I will continue to use this company because I believe in preventive maintenance.
Description of Work: Noga's offers a maintenance plan of two seasonal check-ups with a discount on parts.
