+ -1 moreOriginally set up my A/C for service since the summer was coming. I did not get my A/C serviced in 2014, which was probably a mistake, but it is what it is. Didn't realize my loud fan was a clue to a problem. Lucky for me, my service technician nipped my problem in the bud, or I may have had my A/C go out during our triple digit weather we are enjoying now. The technician was very informative, explaining what I needed to know about my service call. Very pleased with Crain's.
Description of Work: Serviced my A/C Unit. Found my fan was going bad. Very loud. Replaced my fan the very next day.

Description of Work: I scheduled a service appointment with this company 10 days in advance and even took a day off from work to make the appointment, I waited during the window of time they had given me for a technician to come out, 8am - 12pm. After waiting until 12 I called to office to make sure I was still scheduled to come out, I was then informed at 12:30pm that the technician was behind and they couldn't give me any estimate as to when he would make it to my house. I waited until 5 pm and still no phone call or technician. I called and left a message at the office and no return call has been made. Horribly unprofessional and inconsiderate. Would not recommend this company to anyone, what a waste of time!
