I have renters in my home, and while it's listed I expect professionalism when it comes to the law. I was with my renter when one realtor called asking for an appointment, the renters were going to be at work and told the realtor that the time they wanted just wouldn't work. The day of the appointment they came to the house at the time that they wanted, although the renter said no a few days before. The realtor then went on to make a phone call and tell me that the renters had accepted the time. So I know for a fact that the realtors were lying. I am just starting with the listing of my home, and I thought about waiting to see if they did anything worse before writing the review, but I don't want someone else to list their home with the "American Dream" team at Remax in Hanford and have to deal with the liars themselves. Besides, losing your trust with selling your home is serious enough. I just hope nothing else goes wrong.
