+ -1 moreWent well. A bit heavy on paper-work. I understand that premier wanted legal protection, but this was a bit over the top in my opinion. Otherwise, the work was done well and a proper cleanup was completed a bit ahead of schedule.
Description of Work: Tented my house for termites.

+ 0 moreIt went quite well. They did a very good job. They're very responsive. The men were very courteous. In fact, one of the finish jobs was to replace the stairs and the men went beyond what their boss had requested them to do. They said that if this were their house, this is how they would have built the step on the backyard which I was extremely impressed with. It wasn't extreme but they just took one extra bit of pride in what they were doing.
Description of Work: Premier Termite came out to do an estimate for termite damage and repair. Then they did repairs for us.

He gave me different alternatives to solve the problems mentioned in the report, and did it in a timely manner, always keeping me in communication. Premier Termite has very high reputation among San Mateo area real estate agents so getting the work done and signed off by them is worth extra, in my opinion.
Description of Work: Local termite fumigation, fungus spraying, and door replacement.

+ -1 moreTHE WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE ONLY EXPECTED THE HOME TO BE TENTED, THEY ALSO ENCLOSED THE REDWOOD DECK. THE FOREMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.
Description of Work: THE HOME AND DECKING WAS TENTED AND FUMIGATED FOR 3 DAYS. THE WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME.
