Description of Work: I called to have someone check a plug that kept tripping. We talked about the problem (the furnace was on this plug) and he talked about likely options. He was able to come to my house later that afternoon and he arrived on time. We looked at the problem together. he recommended we replace the plug with a non-GFI that still met code. I agreed and he quickly did his work. He helped me identify the circuit breaker that controlled that circuit as well. Within an hour I was back in business and have had nor further problems since.

+ 0 moreOutlet proved to be bad/fault. Upon calling he would have come out then (I was out), but he was unwilling to schedule a follow up time, shared he would call back and did not. He seemed flakey.
