Description of Work: Problem: Air conditioner unit not cooling the house. I called James and he arrived two hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem. He took the time to educate me about the system I owned and gave me a few options to choose from. I called him back a couple days later and he answered the phone (no voice mail) and said he would be able to come out to the house in about 4 hours. Both times he was prompt, professional and seems to enjoy his profession. All my unit needed was freon, but he tested it for leaks and made sure everything was working well before leaving. James knows what he is doing and I trust him. I found him on Angie's List and I am very glad I called.

+ 2 moreAll the work they have performed was very good quality. They are clean and very professional. I have left messages at 5am about needed service they have showed up by 8am ready to work. very responsive. They are not the cheapest but nor are they the most expensive, but they do the job correctly and clean. I highly recommend them to a Homeowner or Facility manager.
Description of Work: Kingman works on and maintains our AC/Heating and Plumbing at our office building. they have replaced entire HVAC units as well as Plumbing re-pipes to all repairs.

+ -1 morejob went quickly. Kingman was able to diagnose the problem quickly and got the correct part (an entire blower fan assembly) the same day. I have referred this company to other people in the past year and they have been happy with the service.
Description of Work: central AC system was vibrating badly. it was an old system so i expected to get taken to the cleaners. Kingman came out same day and diagnosed the problem. He was able to find a replacement part and got things working the same day.

+ 1 moreWe've been real happy with him as a plumber and he's been honest. He lives locally and he's almost like a personal friend. He's come out and said no charge if it was no big deal or he couldn't fix it. He's a really nice guy. He struggled through the recession, he's gone to the point that he's the only worker to try and keep things going. I've called him with emergencies. It's nice when you can find an honest plumber. He's replaced our AC unit. It's nice to have an all in one. They don't all take credit cards which it's nice in case you are in a fix and don't have the money. He's snaked our drains, too. Most recently, he unclogged a drain. He took the top drain out and resealed it. It was leaking into my family room and left a bulge. My husband said he showed him what to do with the hole in the ceiling. They are real nice and neat and clean up. He almost always answers the phone, if not then he calls back. He's pretty punctual and if not he will call.
Description of Work: Kingman Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning has done plumbing and electrical, heating and AC. He's been in business for 20 years, he's licensed and takes credit cards.

Description of Work: James is Great! We had a drain leaking from a shower into out family room and another into the kitchen. He reapaired both of them the same day in about an hour. James has been to our house many times. He has replaced a hot water heater and an airconditioning unit. He is relaible and honest. He has been here for clogged drains also. I feel, I can always count on him.
